4. 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 "𝗡𝗼" 𝗦𝗰𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗼: On the same scale, rate what you stand to gain in each Life Currency and separately what you think it will cost in each currency if you decline or say "no" to the decision. (If I say no to attending this conference I will gain/lose)
5. 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 "𝗬𝗲𝘀" 𝗠𝗘𝗧𝗥 𝗦𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗲: Add up the numbers for each Life Currency if you say YES. (M+E+T+R = Score)
6. 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 “𝗡𝗼” 𝗠𝗘𝗧𝗥 𝗦𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗲: Add up the numbers for each Life Currency if you say NO. (M+E+T+R + Score)
7. 𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝗖𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗦𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗲: Compare the “No” score to the “Yes” score. Which decision is more positive? What is the difference between the two? The higher the difference between the two the easier the decision should be.
